Quality assurance at LaMantia Plastics begins with inspection of incoming material and continues through manufacturing until the product is out the door.

It is a formal department staffed by a professional quality assurance manager and qualifed inspectors. Since its inception, the company has operated in compliance with ISO procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices that are documented in a written Quality Assurance Manual.

These procedures apply to all aspects of manufacturing operations, as well as the products manufactured through that process. For product testing, the company relies on a variety of equipment to verify such matters as dimensions, strength, and color. This equipment is inspected and recalibrated at prescribed intervals.

Upon request, LaMantia Plastics will incorporate additional customer requirements into its quality assurance process. The company has ongoing relationships with outside laboratories for specialized testing.
